Scripture Challenge - Prayer

Prayer is one of my favorite things! I could fill my blog with my thoughts and feelings about prayer...but I won't! lol Prayer is our communication and fellowship with God through Christ! Prayer is joyful praise; prayer is worshipful; prayer is giving our gratitude; prayer is bringing our requests before God; and prayer is waiting in silence to hear a word from God. We ask God for forgiveness of our sins in prayer. Sometimes things happen in life that we feel powerless to do anything about. We are not powerless because we have prayer. There is great power in prayer...it changes things...it changes us as we pray! God hears our prayers and answers them according to His will and in His perfect time! Prayer is a wonderful gift from God! :o)

Hey Nancy, This is a beautiful page! I was wondering what you do with all your scripture pages? Are they 12 x 12?

Thank you Mary :o) My Scripture Challenge pages are actually 6 X 6. My husband made me this great wood stand for them. So I have them all in page protectors and hanging from binder rings on this lovely display stand! Tomorrow I hope to start on the next 40 Day Challenge! lol

Hi Nancy, Thank you for dropping by;)i like this post very much, (even thou' i'm of different religion)
Prayer keep us 'sane' and close to God...Prayers remind us to always be humble...we must not only pray when we're feeling sad, But, also when we're feeling Happy!
Have a Blessed day

I do like the purple flowers and that is a great scripture. It is not that long ago that I learnt that the "Do not be anxious" is really a command we are meant to obey.
