A Die for a Sketch - Challenge #15 Reminder

Hello, my friends!

*This is the last scheduled post I have while I'm away...unless something else comes up! :o)

I'm back today to remind you about the wonderful challenge going on over at A Die for a Sketch! Here is the great sketch:

Don't forget we have two fantastic sponsors this month, so you have more chances to win!

Winner will receive 3 digis

Winner will receive 5 digis

For my card I used a fun image from Sushi Dolls called Walter. He was part of the special April release and you can find him in the store HERE. He makes me think of an old photo, so I kind of went with that idea. I printed the image, cut it out, and then distressed it with both my distress tool and ink. No coloring this time. I added the little "yay" myself, as the pennant flag comes empty. Following the sketch I added this great washi tape that I got in a Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. I even tore the image piece so that I could add washi tape to hold it together.

Materials Used:
Papers: Recollections - Cardstock;
Stamp: CTMH - For Every Occasion;
Ink: Memento - Tuxedo Black,
Distress Ink - Walnut Stain;
Dies: Spellbinders - A-2 Matting Basics B;
Washi Tape: Simon Says Stamp Card Kit.

So come on over to A Die for a Sketch and join us!
You have until September 4th to link up your project and win some digi images or a Top#3 spot!

I like this card Nancy... sort of a nostalgic, Charlie Chaplin look going on. I also like the tape and the way you've used the twine.
