{Glory Art} Scripture Challenge #7 - Anxious

Sunday Blessings to you, my friends!

I'm back with my latest Scripture Challenge Tag!
The word Patter gave us this time was "anxious",
which immediately reminded me of one of my favorite Scripture verses.

Have you noticed that there is a LOT we can be anxious about these days?
We can worry about health, relationships, finances, natural disasters, war...the list goes on and on!
We can carry all that anxiety around like a banner.
It can take over our lives and be our main focus.

With this tag I tried to display the chaos that can occur when we are anxious.
In Philippians 4:6 we are told:
"Do not be anxious about ANYTHING,
but in EVERYTHING,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God."

What happens when we give all our anxious thoughts over to God?
We are told in Philippians 4:7:
"And the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds
in Christ Jesus."

This is displayed on the back of my tag.
The "anxious" banner is gone, and the arms are open wide in praise.
The colours and papers are happy and calming.
We have PEACE and JOY!! :o)

I love that you gave your tag an answering back side. We really need that complete thought. So cute and TOTALLY applicable to us all these days. Sorry I'haven't been around much. Lots of stuff going on with church and family. Hugs!

Beautiful colours and love how the background paper on the anxious side looks "anxious" and very peaceful on the peace side !

More gorgeous tags Nancy and I like those little dolls. You are getting to be quite an expert at the hair - I struggle with the dark hair but you seem to have it aced.
Very clever design and I like how it is front/back.

I thought I had commented on this one, as I just love it. But it must have been a facebook comment. Love the tag though, both sides.
