Mirtillamente Creative Team Project - Happy Birthday Tag

Hello, everyone!

I'm back today with a fun share for
Mirtillamente Craft Shop!
This is a wonderful shop located in Italy!

We are celebrating the special Birthday of our wonderful boss, Evelin!
So this tag is for you, sweet Evelin! <3

Here's how I made it:

I began with three pieces of watercolour paper.
Using the Dylusions sprays,
I sprayed one with Funky Fuschia and one with Fresh Lime.
On the third, I laid down the stencil,
then sprayed the top with Lemon Zest, and the bottom with London Blue.
I over-lapped these colors a little in the middle, allowing them to form a nice green.

Once the sprays were all dry,
I stamped the flowers on the pink, and the leaves on the green.
I cut a tag base from black cardstock, and trimmed the stenciled piece down to fit.
I inked the edges with black ink, and added some random texture stamping.
Then I adhered it to the black tag base.

I fussy cut the flowers and leaves, and added them with foam tape.
I added large rhinestones to the centers.

I stamped the sentiment on the green paper, matted it with black,
and adhered it in place with foam tape.
I printed "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" with my Dymo Label Maker,
and added it to the tag.

I added some fun multi-coloured fibers through a black eyelet at the top of the tag.

I had so much fun making this tag!
I love the bright and cheerful colours!

Here's one final look at the finished tag!
