52 Week Scrapbook Challenge - Punch Art
This challenge had me a little bit stressed! I don't have a huge number of punches and I really couldn't come up with any kind of "plan". So I put all my punches in front of me and this is what happened! You may have noticed that there isn't a photo on my page. I decided that this is going to be the Title Page of my album that will house photos of my Snowman Collection. The only circle punch I have is the 1" one that I used for the head. The body is made up of squares that I used a corner rounder punch on. The top hat is an arrow punch, the mittens are a funky heart, and the carrot nose is a teardrop. For the boots I used the file tab punch, cut it in half and then rounded the cut corner. The eyes are the teeny, tiny 1/16th" punch. The others are rather obvious. Maybe I have more punches than I thought! :o)

It is a delightful page. Do you know the old saying "Necessity is the mother of invention"! You certainly proved that one right Nancy, this page is wonderfully inventive of you and I love that snowman :) I rather like the way you have composed the title too.
Love
Lynn xx
Oh! That snowman is adorable! You're so clever Nancy, I can't wait to see your snowman collection. (he would've been a very admirable "marionette")lol!!! You did good! On to the next challenge.
What happened is pretty cute! Very clever and creative...and I'm curious to see your snowman photo collection!
What a handsome snowman, really funny we both did something snowman-ie today :-)
Cant wait to see your snowman photo collection too :-)
Take care and hope your migraine's arn't bothering you too much xx
I love this!! Twinkling "snow" atop the title letters :-) Your snowman looks wonderful! Playful, and fun. Reminds me of the fun I use to have rolling the snow into big balls for the body. Hunting around the yard for things to use as arms, nose, eyes, hands, and a hat. What fun he is to look at.
Sorry you were stressed about the tools you had to do this with. It came out even more delightful than if you had the plain old round punches!!!!
Love you - Leslie
this is awesome! What a great idea!
What a wonderful piece of art. I love the punched snowman. You really did a great job on this.
