{Glory Art} Scripture Challenge 2015 #6 - Follower

Sunday Blessings, my friends!

It has happened again...
I have gotten a little bit behind on my Scripture Challenge tags.
Just a little bit...so I'll be back on track very soon!

I LOVE to make these Scripture challenge projects.
After Patter posts the challenge, I prayerfully consider it.
I don't read Patter's devotional, or look at anyone else's projects, until I have finished my post.
As I study the Scripture verses that relate to the word or subject given, one will jump out at me,
along with a picture in my mind of what my project will look like.
Then I know what I need to make!

The trick is doing it using what I have on hand! lol

Have you ever been deep in a thick forest?
It's like being in a different world.
The darkness, the smell, the rustling of little critters...
it's all so wonderful!
It can be a frightening place, as well.
So dark and disorienting.
It's easy to become lost and run in circles trying to find your way out.
Then you see a glimmer of light...you keep your eyes on the light and follow it to the edge of the forest.
YAY!! Freedom from the darkness!

So it is with life!
Jesus is the light!
We just need to follow that light, and we will be led out of the dark scary places,
and into a world of freedom and JOY!

For those of you that have been wondering where my
Hide His Word in My Heart Scripture pages have gone...I'll tell you.
I was having a really hard time with keeping up with a page a week.
With all the my other DT posts, and challenges I want to enter, I just couldn't continue.
I will just continue to use Scripture on other projects...as you know I like to do! :o)

Have a beautiful day! :o)

  1. Nancy aren't you so thankful that our Lord always gives us that glimmer of light to lead us out of the forest and into his protection. You created a wonderful tag to demonstrate this. Love it my friend.

  8. What a beautiful tag you have created. Thankyou for your comment on my Glory Art page. I am busy with my digital scrapbooking and am about to start selling my designs in June. I hope to still keep up with Patter's Challenges. I would miss them if I did not do them as I have been taking part since 2008.
