Winter Wishes - Cards and More DT

Hello, my friends!

Today it's my turn to share a project over at the Cards and More Shop blog.
It's my first one...and I'm quite excited! :o)

I made a fun pocket card using a fantastic template.
This template is so versatile, and could be used for any celebration.

Here is my pocket card:

Isn't that paper beautiful?
I added the sentiment with a stamp from my stash.
This is the first time I've used Maja papers, and they're a joy to work with!
All of the edges were distressed with both the distressing tool, and ink.
The insert is the perfect place to add your private message, or gift card.
Here it is with the insert pulled out.

Here's a close-up of the poinsettias.
I created them using the Spellbinders die.
I added liquid pearls to the centers.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Please let me know if you have any questions!

Nancy, this is just lovely. That paper is gorgeous and I don't think I've seen such pretty poinsettias in a long, long time. It's so nice to see something other than plain red. Have a wonderful day.

This is great Nancy and I'm going to have to try one of these. Pretty papers - I love the Maja Designs, it's like the paper takes a lot of work out of the project and I don't have to think nearly as hard because everything just seems to fall into place.
Love the poinsettias and the colours you did them in too.

I have been a huge fan of Maja papers for a while now...in fact I may be something of an addict as I get soooo excited when there is a new collection and I just *have* to have it! There's no going back once you've found them ;-)
Ok, so you know I love the papers but I also adore those gorgeous poinsettias and your fabulous pocket design...so clever and pretty :-)
Big hugs, Kat xx
