Gecko Galz - Tag You're It

Hello, my friends!

Welcome back to another "Tag You're It" post for Gecko Galz!
Did you know that Gecko Galz is giving away a prize every day in December?
Yes! All you have to do is go to the Gecko Galz blog every day,
and comment on the wonderful tag created by one of the Design Team.
Then you go to that DT members blog,
read all about how they created their tag, and leave a comment.
From the comments left, a winner will be chosen.
How easy is that?
The winner will be posted on the blog the next day! :o)

Today I have three more tags to share with you.
So this post is a little bit longer! ;o)
I must say that I found making tags with Gecko Galz products very addicting! ;o)

I had fun with this one!

I began with a black cardstock tag base.
I matted it with paper from the Christmas Past Papers.
Next, I added the Santa Bingo Card from the Alter It Collage Sheet.
On top of that, and over to the left a bit, I added the library card from the same collage sheet.
On top and to the right, I added this sweet image from the Snow Babies Collage Set.
Isn't she lovely?
The fun snowflake tag came from a whole sheet of tags included with the Winter Wonderland Papers.

I added an eyelet at the top and threaded some trim through it.
I tied a black ribbon bow around the trim.
I added two rows of trim across the bottom of the tag.

Finally, I strung some mini jingle bells on a gold wire.
I attached two mini brads to my tag, and twisted the ends of the wire around them.

All the paper edges were inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

Okay...I had fun making this tag too! ;o)

I started by creating a kraft cardstock pocket.
I had lots of elements I wanted to add to this one but I didn't want it to be too busy.
This gave my some extra space to work with.

I trimmed the edge of the pocket with frosty blue ric rac trim.
The beautiful lantern image is one of the icons from the Blue Christmas Craft Kit.

Here's the tag beside the pocket.

Here's the tag. Isn't that image beautiful?
The tag is made of blue cardstock.
The Christmas card is another one from the Alter It Collage Sheet.
The beautiful image is from the newly released Winter Beauties Collage Set.
The stunning embellishment is another icon from the Blue Christmas Craft Kit.

Here's a closer look.
I sure do appreciate my Cricut Explore Air with images like this! :o)

Here's my last tag...and yes, you guessed it...I had fun with this one too! :o)

For this one, I used the Tim Holtz Baroque die to shape the top of the tag.
It's a kraft tag base, and it's matted with a paper from the Winter Wonderland Papers.
The "Merry" tag is from the Alter It Collage Sheet.
The image inside the wreath is another beauty from the Winter Beauties Collage Set.
I just framed her with a garland wreath.
I added a multi-looped jute bow to the top of the tag,
and added a burlap flower, and mini grapevine wreath to the bottom.

Isn't she lovely?
All the papers were ink and tool distressed.

I hope you like my tags today!

I'll be back at the end of the month with one more tag to share with you.

In the meantime, make sure you head over to Gecko Galz!
You don't want to miss any of the fun! :o)
