Scrapper's Delights Thrifty Thursday

Happy Thursday, my friends!

Today is another post for the Thrifty Thursday Team at Scrapper's Delights!

Every other Thursday I will be sharing a project.
I will use a digi image that will be available, for a limited time, for only $1.
Hence the Thrifty Thursday name! ;o)

You'll find all the details right HERE.

On my card this week, I am using the beautiful Princess 2 image.
Isn't she lovely?
I had just picked up the fun diamond die, and had to add it.

I punched a background doily,
and cut the diamond out of glitter paper.

Then I made sure the lovely princess was dripping in diamonds!

Hello, my friends!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I have a card to share for Scrap N' Dipity.

It's always so fun when I have the perfect paper to use with an image.
Doesn't it look like these were made for each other?
Right down to the little heart on the envelope!

This is the adorable "Scribble Sally - Be My Valentine" image.

I used an airmail border die along one side of the paper,

Sweet Sally is popped up on foam tape.

I die-cut this cute mini envelope, punched out two postage stamps,
and added the sentiments to them.

Sweet Strawberries

Hello, my friends!

I'm back with a new project made with products from the Cards and More Shop .

I had one piece of paper, and some scraps, left from the Maja Designs Life in the Country paper pad.

When I saw this digital image from Julia Spiri called "Girl With Teddy",
I knew just what to do with it.
Then Miss Daisy Stamps had this sweet Strawberry Jam label,
and it all came together.

Strawberries are my favorite! :o)

Isn't that paper pretty?

This sweet image works beautifully with the papers.
See the strawberries on her dress?
Here you can see where I used a die from the Basic Banners set
as a border on each side of the image.

Here's a closer look at the Strawberry Jam label from Miss Daisy Stamps.

These were the products used from the Cards and More Shop :

Also, check out the Cards and More Shop blog.

It's full of fun inspirational projects! :o)

Tutti Designs - Dianthus Bunch Die

Hello, my friends!

I'm back to with another Tutti Designs DT share!
This time around I'm using the Dianthus Bunch Die,
which you can find HERE.

It's such a pretty die, and could be used many ways and for any occasion!
Here's my finished card:

Now I have several photos showing you how I put this together.
I cut one out of the black print paper, and one out of green gingham paper.
I created a peach card base, and centered the black relief on top.

One important tip when doing this is to keep all the bits intact after cutting.
It makes it much easier when putting it all together again.

Using a glue pen, I adhered the green die-cut into place on the card base.

Now I fill in all the little bits, again using a glue pen.

The card is very pretty just like this.
I opted to cut one more layer out of the green gingham.
to add some extra dimension to my card.
I cut out just the four focal flowers, curled them up,
and added them in place.

Finally, I added some pearls, a ribbon bow, and a little "For You" tag.

Here's one final look at my finished card:

Materials Used:
Papers: Recollections - Cardstock, Bo Bunny - Pincushion;
Die: Tutti Designs - Dianthus Bunch Die;
Ribbon: Celebrate It;
Pearls: Unknown.

Tutti Designs - Poppy

It's Monday, so I'm back with another Tutti Designs DT share!

This time I've created a card using the beautiful "Poppy" die,
which you can find HERE.

It's another gorgeous and intricate die.
Since it was a poppy, I was inspired to use red.
Then in my stash I came across this wonderful glitter foam in red.
It has a self-adhesive backing,
which would be really helpful with such a detailed cut.
Again, it cut beautifully!
I just had to peel of the backing and stick it on!

Here's a closer look at the beautiful cut:

Materials Used:
Papers: Recollections - Cardstock,
Creatology - Self-Adhesive Glitter Foam;
Die: Tutti Designs - Poppy;
WRMK - Nesting Circles;
Stamp: Stampin' Up - Pursuit of Happiness;
Ink: Memento - Tuxedo Black;
Bling: Queen & Co Rock Candy - Red;
