Hello, my friends!
I'm back with a new project made with products from the Cards and More Shop .
This was a super fun project to put together...and so useful too!
I think we all have a collection of Washi taped, right?
This is a fabulous way to display it and remember to use it.
I hope you like it and try decorating one of your own!
My team-mate Janine decorated one too.

This Washi tape holder comes in unfinished and unassembled MDF.
The creative possibilities are endless!
I began by using Distress Stain to colour all the edges and the two dowels, and letting it dry.
Since it comes unassembled, it's very easy to decorate with paper.
I simply applied glue to each piece of MDF, placed it onto the paper,
and then cut around the wood with my craft blade.
Once it was all dry, I inked all the edges with the Distress Ink that matched my Distress Stain.
Finally, I glued it all together.
Here's a top view:
You simply lift the two dowels out and slide your Washi tape rolls on.
I hope you like it and try decorating one of your own!

Hey Nancy!!! Sorry I haven't been around to visit.. I have been going through a lot. Lots of stress, sickness and even had a death in the family. But on a brighter note, your washi tape holder is awesome! You did an amazing job decorating this. I can see this being the "in" thing now... like a trend... it is perfect for washi... but for me, I would need 4 of those! LOL ... I have TOO MUCH washi!
Hugs,
Jo
This is really cool! I love your choice of papers, hard to believe it's just mdf! I am not sure my washi stash would fit in it, foolishly I assumed it would keep fitting in one small drawer.... then it became two drawers.... now I see a need for a special storage device!! oh dear.... I think I have a hoarding problem. >_<
