Swedish House Crafts - Life by the Sea

Hello, my friends!

Today I have a new project share for Swedish House Crafts!

It's time to go back to the seashore with the lovely Life by the Sea papers from Maja Design. 

Sweet lounging Tilda is going to join us!

  I coloured the sweet image, and die-cut it out with the Gummiapan Postage die. 

I then matted it with a larger die-cut piece from the Life by the Sea paper pad. 

I mounted the image layer with foam tape to add some dimension. 

I added a strip of the boat paper along the left side of the card. 

For a beachy embellishment, 

I took four pieces of hemp cord and tied them into a sailors knot.

 I adhered this in place over the boat paper.

Finally, I took the Captains wheel from the Seashore Life chipboard set. 

I misted it with some coordinating Glimmer Mist from my stash, 

and adhered it in place on my card.
