Digistamps4Joy - Challenge #135 - Inspired by a Song

Hello, my friends!

Welcome to a new Challenge share for Digistamps4Joy!

There's a new Challenge every month!

The challenges are always "Anything Goes" with a twist.

This month the twist is - "Inspired by a Song!"

On my card I used the lovely "Owl Always Love You" image,
which you can find HERE.

This was an easy one for the challenge, right?
Every time I read the name I start singing "I Will Always Love You"!
It's always Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers singing along in my ear!

I printed the image, colored it up, and fussy cut it out.
Then I created a simple scene for it.

I curled the edges of the flowers and leaves up,

and put foam tape behind them.

Then I added some sparkly Stickles to the flowers.

Finally, I added some Glossy Accents to the eyes of the owls.

Image: Digistamps4Joy - Owl Always Love You;

Coloring: Spectrum Noir Markers;

Embossing Folder: Sizzix - Woodgrain;

Punch: Fiskars Border Punch - Grass;

Stickles: Star Dust;

New Release at Digistamps4Joy

Hello, my friends!

Today is New Release day at Digistamps4Joy!
I have created two cards using a total of three of the New Release Images.

On my first card, I combined the Scroll 1(mp444)
with Tweet Toes (jl338).
I colored everything with my Spectrum Noir Markers.
Then I wrote "Happy Birthday" in the scroll.

I layered it with some pretty papers, and added a ric rac bow.

Here's a closer look at the images:

Materials Used:
Papers: K & Company - Sweet Nectar,
Recollections - Cardstock;
Coloring: Spectrum Noir Markers;
Unknown: Ric Rac Trim.

For my second card, I used the lovely image called Head Shot - Ringlets (jl843).
Isn't she cute?

I filled her glasses with glossy accents, but it was tricky to get a good photo.

Materials Used:

Papers: Recollections - Cardstock

Coloring: Spectrum Noir Markers;

Punch: WRMK Mini 8 Punch - Trellis;

Dies: WRMK - Nesting Circles;

Ribbon: Offray - Picot Edge;

Other: Glossy Accents.

Digistamps4Joy - Challenge #134 - Add Washi Tape

Hello, my friends!

Welcome to a new Challenge share for Digistamps4Joy!

This month the twist is - "Add Washi Tape!"

I made a CAS card that would be very easy to mail.
Do you think I'll mail it?
Probably not! lol
I am the absolute worst at mailing anything!

I used a sweet Digistamps4Joy image called "Emma".
You can find it right HERE.

I had a different Washi tape in mind when I first began.
Then I found this fun one in my stash and changed my plan.

I dressed the image up with a little Ice Stickles.

That stuff sure does sparkle!

Finally, I added some purple rhinestones.

Materials Used:

Papers: Recollections - Cardstock;

Coloring: Spectrum Noir;

Punch: Martha Stewart - Swirling Lace;

Washi Tape: My Stash;

Bling: Kaisercraft Rhinestones - Purple.

New Release at Digistamps4Joy

Hello, my friends!

Today is New Release day at Digistamps4Joy!

I had the pleasure of working with this lovely image called "Heads Shots - Hat and Beads",
which you can find in the store HERE.

I coloured the image with my Spectrum Noir markers.
Then I did some simple layering and embellishing.

I fussy cut the image, and popped it up on foam tape.

I added Liquid Pearls to the earrings and necklace to make them "pearly".

I loaded this card up with as much sparkle as I could.
I colored it with markers, and then colored it again with Stickles.
I layered it on some glimmer paper, and then added some bling!

New Release at Digistamps4Joy - Snowman Scarf

Hello, my friends!

Today is New Release day at Digistamps4Joy!

I'm hoping to inspire you to want to play with this sweet fella!
This is "Snowman Scarf" and you can find it right HERE.

Isn't he fun?

I colored him up and then added lots of pretty diamond Stickles.
I did some simple layering with some of my favorite winter papers.
Finally, I added a pretty pink bow.

I printed out two images.
From the second, I fussy cut the colored scarf and nose.
Then I adhered it with foam dots.
It adds some lovely dimension.

Papers: Basic Grey

Coloring: Spectrum Noir Markers;

Stickles: Diamond;

Ribbon: Celebrate It.

Digistamps4Joy - Challenge #130

Hello, my friends!

Welcome to my first Challenge share for Digistamps4Joy!

There's a new Challenge every month!

The challenges are always "Anything Goes" with a twist.

This month the twist is - "Christmas is Coming!"

On my card, I used this fun image called Misteri's Ornaments.

I opted to use non-traditional Christmas colors this time.

Green and purple is always a favorite of mine.

I colored my image, and did some simple layering.

I used a holly border punch along the bottom of the decorative paper.

Finally, I added a ribbon bow and some purple Stickles.
