A Happy Birthday on the First Day of Fall!

Happy Fall to you all!
Today my daughter turns a "quarter-of-a-century"...or so she's been calling it for months now! She says it's old and I pointed out it's only a quarter of the way there! I'm still in the second quarter and I don't consider that old! lol
I finally finished her card yesterday and since it was supposed to be mailed a week ago...it's late! I may now be a card-maker but I am not yet a decent card-mailer or get it to you on time-er! ;o)
My daughter has just started her eighth...and final...year of university! After this year she will have her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She also works part time in a jewelry store, and leads a VERY active social life. She exhausts me! lol
When Paulette from Create With TLC offered this fabulous sentiment recently it inspired the whole card! Since my daughter works in a jewelry store, she wears and sells lots of pretty bling. I had to include as much as I could on her card. The sweet image is a freebie from Milk Coffee Digi Stamps.
Oh, did you notice it's an easel card? I think it's my very first one! Enjoy your weekend, my friends! We've got beautiful weather happening here and we're going to have a family BBQ birthday party! It's just too bad the Birthday Girl can't make it! lol :o)

Just another reason why we're perfect friends. I can't get anything mailed on time either. LOL A very happy birthday to your girl Nancy. It won't take her long to get past the old thing. LOL Your card is fantastic! YAY! for the easel! They're fun huh. I'm just usually to lazy to cut the extra pieces and decorate the inside. :-) Enjoy your day! Hugs!

A beautiful card for your daughter Nancy, love all the bling on it too :)
I seem to make mostly easel cards these days and made a round one for our daughter and sil's wedding anniversary.
Wish I was only a quarter of a century old instead past the half way mark LOL

I had to stop looking and go right over to Milk Coffee and see what they were like, no focus that is me, but of course I came back to let you know that this is the cutest card ever. Love it and will probably be using this image for one of my daughter's or granddaughters. And, by the way, my BIL's birthday is today and I have not mailed his card or made it! So I completely understand. And my foot is better! Thanks for asking my friend.
