I love this verse found in Jeremiah 31:13. The entire verse is:
"Then young women will dance and be glad, young men and old as well.
I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow."
Yes, the Lord is my source of comfort and joy! I've had a crazy "Murphy" kind of day here today! lol I'm thankful that I can finish this post and sit down with a hot cup of tea and enjoy some quiet time of prayer and meditation! :o)

Hi Nancy: I just want to say...your art really makes a statement for the Lord! Some people can make a "religious" card, and it somehow doesn't have the same feel yours do. I can look at your art and just so clearly see your love for Him. It's in all the details, in your handwriting, in the embellishments, and in the feel of your overall design. Oooo I love your floral tea pot and cup. That's a beautiful paper pad. That gorgeous doily cut makes the perfect background for your dishware. :-) I had changed my commenting settings and started getting all that junk too so put them back. Now if I could just figure out how to weed out all those plastic card company ones. :-( Hugs Nancy!
